Gianpaola Whitaker Guidotti is responsible for the massages and other activities at the Aldeia de Sahy SPA. Gianpaola received her diploma in Shiatsu Massage from the Italian Academy of Shiatsu, AMI University in Florence and also a professional certificate in Yoga Training and Ayurvedic Therapy from the ARPA and Ayurvedic Center in Poona, India.
